– LDPE film is made from low-density polyethylene. It is a resin and is preferred for its lightweight, toughness, transparency, and ability to be easily heat-sealed.

– LDPE film finds applications in various industries, such as food packaging, agriculture, healthcare, and construction.

– HDPE film is made from high-density polyethylene resin. In its natural state, HDPE typically has a translucent or milky appearance. It is known for its strength, durability, chemical resistance, and good resistance to ultraviolet (UV) radiation, making it ideal for packaging applications.

– Some common uses for HDPE film include garbage bags, agricultural films, industrial liners, and geomembranes.

CPE films produced by a cast film line have advantages over blown films. Because they are lightweight, durable, and have high barrier properties, CPE film is widely used in the food packaging industry, consumer goods, and surface protection.

TPE stands for Thermoplastic Elastomer, a material used to make flexible and elastic films that can be melted and reshaped. TPE films are durable and widely used in gloves, packaging, medical devices, consumer goods, and industrial components. They are soft, resistant to tearing and abrasion, and can be engineered to have specific properties such as heat, UV, and chemical resistance.

– PVC is a plastic polymer used to make thin films for packaging, signage, medical devices, and construction materials.

– It can release toxic hydrogen chloride gas when exposed to high temperatures. Proper handling and disposal of PVC are important to minimize risks. Recycling and waste management practices are being developed to address environmental and health concerns.

EVA is copolymerized by LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) and acetic acid (VA). It is light, elastic, and shockproof. EVA is an odorless, soft, and smooth food-grade product with a good drape and a certain degree of flexibility.

– PEVA is a polymer of EVA and PE. PEVA has good softness and a little elasticity.The proportion of EVA and PE materials  can be adjusted, and the effects are different, which can meet different needs. The higher the EVA content, the better and heavier the film. On the contrary, it is harder and lighter.

– EVA/PEVA has common applications in raincoats, Shower curtains, Tablecloths and covers, Packaging, aprons, and more.

– EVA and PEVA are more environmentally friendly than PVC  due to their lower toxicity and lack of chlorine content. However, neither is biodegradable. EVA is terminally degradable under heat, but when mixed with PE, it may reduce the speed of degradation.

– An anti-static bag is used to protect electronic components from damage caused by electrostatic discharge. These bags are made from materials with low static electricity levels to prevent buildup and discharge, which can potentially harm sensitive components. Zipper bags, also known as ziplock bags or resealable bags, are typically made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE)

LINYECO does produce recyclable bags. Recycled plastic used in production is recycled plastic directly from the factory.

– Sharp (Metal) Object Control

• We strictly control the use of sharp objects in our production line, such as blades and sewing needles.
• At any given time, the number of sharps being used in the production line + the quantity in stock = the quantity assigned to the production line.
• We have selected a specialized supplier for our blades to ensure they are high quality, do not break easily, and do not produce small fragments.
